Digital Product Designer

I design products that help people make confident decisions.

Since 2021, I’ve designed digital products that help people make confident choices in moments that are often complex, unfamiliar, or easy to get wrong. Most of my work sits at the intersection of product thinking, systems thinking, and execution. I've led end-to-end design across four storefronts that share one platform: product discovery, PDP, prescription flows, checkout, self-serve account, and AI-assisted experiences, turning messy logic, and business constraints into UX that feels clear and trustworthy.
Over the past five years, I’ve designed digital products that help people make confident choices in moments that are often complex, unfamiliar, or easy to get wrong. Most of my work sits at the intersection of product thinking, systems thinking, and execution. I’ve led end-to-end design across product discovery, PDP, PLP, checkout, and AI-assisted experiences, turning messy logic, business constraints, and large-scale product needs into UX that feels clear, trustworthy, and ready to ship.

Core strengths:

Untangling complex flows and decision logic Designing systems that scale, not just individual screens Balancing business goals with user trust Making brand experiences consistent across platforms and sub-brands Applying AI in product design, from shipped experiences like KITS OpticianAI to accelerating research, synthesis, and iteration Working comfortably with ambiguity, treating thin data and open questions as a place to start rather than a reason to stall Building alongside engineering from the first conversation, designing with their constraints instead of handing off at the end
Outside of work, I’m usually hiking, cycling, or skiing, or in the kitchen pretending a slightly overcomplicated recipe counts as meditation.

Work Experience

I’ve spent the last several years designing and shipping digital experiences in environments where things move fast and rarely start perfectly defined.
